We are looking for a Lead Content Strategist to join our remote team and lead a group of talented content strategists and designers. As the Lead Content Strategist you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive business growth and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage content across various platforms and channels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of content strategies that align with business goals and drive engagement and growth
  • Define and deliver end-to-end content strategy for product experiences
  • Conduct content audits, competitive evaluations and heuristic assessments of product content usability/accessibility
  • Develop concepts and plans for content experimentation
  • Apply human-centered design methods to conceptualize, write, test and deliver in-product content
  • Build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners to ensure a cohesive product and brand experience
  • Define content workflows and processes and document best practices for product content
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops for content critiques and stakeholder reviews
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, with a focus on digital content
  • Proven 1+ year experience in leading and managing a team of content strategists and designers
  • Expertise in content management systems (CMS) and the ability to evaluate and select appropriate CMS for the project
  • Strong understanding of information architecture (UX) principles and the ability to design effective content structures
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to create and communicate compelling stories that resonate with target audiences
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Experience with SEO and SEM best practices and tools
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira or Asana
