We are seeking a remote Lead Content Strategist to join our team.

In this role, you will partner with another content designer and lead the human-centered design methods to conceptualize, write, test, and deliver in-product content. You will be responsible for defining and documenting best practices for product content and building strong relationships with cross-domain content owners. You will work on a variety of deliverables, including content wireframes and sketches, voice flows, and long-form articles. Your expertise in writing useful, accessible, and natural-sounding product UI content will be instrumental in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with another content designer and lead the human-centered design methods to conceptualize, write, test, and deliver in-product content
  • Define and document best practices for product content
  • Build strong relationships with cross-domain content owners
  • Work on a variety of deliverables, including content wireframes and sketches, empathy maps, and voice flows
  • Create polished Figma files and PPTs for content critiques and stakeholder reviews
  • Define and document content workflows and processes
  • Conduct content mapping and sourcing for new product experiences
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy and design
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
  • Expertise in content management systems
  • Experience using Figma, including content-specific plug-ins like Ditto
  • Familiarity with information architecture and presenting
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, including PPT creation
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office 365 and GitHub
  • Experience in AI/ML for content design, including NLU development
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level)
Nice to have
  • Experience in creating long-form articles, such as Help Center and Destination Guides
  • Experience in creating atomic-level content components and pattern documentation
