We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Cloud Platform Developer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud architecture solutions for our clients using AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer/Architect who can work proactively to generate architecture designs, policies, and scoping for Cloud Infrastructure. As a Lead Cloud Platform Developer, you will also be responsible for ensuring the security of our Cloud Infrastructure, with knowledge of secrets management solutions, cryptography, and encryption.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud architecture solutions using AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure
  • Generate architecture designs, policies, and scoping for Cloud Infrastructure
  • Ensure the security of our Cloud Infrastructure, with knowledge of secrets management solutions, cryptography, and encryption
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure templates using Terraform, Git, and other IaC tooling
  • Manage Identity and Access Management roles, and general account management
  • Design and configure Kubernetes solutions like EKS for container orchestration
  • Optimize networking in AWS for efficient and cost-effective cloud infrastructure
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud platform technologies and trends
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of development experience in Cloud Platforms, primarily on AWS, and additional knowledge/experience either on GCP or Microsoft Azure
  • At least 1 year of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating adept leadership skills
  • Proven expertise in generating architecture designs, policies, and scoping for Cloud Infrastructure
  • Experience with secrets management solutions like Vault, certificate management, cryptography, and encryption
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Git, and other tooling for Infrastructure as Code
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management roles, and general account management
  • Experience with Kubernetes solutions like EKS for container orchestration
  • Extensive networking knowledge, particularly of networking in AWS
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1+ level) for clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Cloud Design Patterns for efficient cloud infrastructure design
  • Experience with Cloud Transformation and Migration projects
  • Experience with serverless technologies like AWS Lambda
  • Certification in AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
