We are seeking a remote Lead Business Consultant to join our team and support change management and training programs within IT projects. Your experience in assisting with the development and execution of change management plans and practical knowledge of instructional design, training delivery, and change management methodologies will be invaluable in this role. Ideally, you will have some exposure to CMS platforms or cloud migrations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of the Change Management Plan, helping to ensure it is executed effectively across different departments
  • Aid in the development and delivery of training programs designed to prepare administrators and business users
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and assess the impact of changes, ensuring the training and change efforts meet their needs
  • Help maintain documentation related to change management activities and training sessions. Prepare reports that track the progress and effectiveness of these initiatives
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions, ensuring information is presented clearly and is understood by all participants
  • Collect feedback from training participants and other stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of training and overall readiness for the new system. Use this feedback to suggest improvements to the training and change management processes
  • Collaborate with other members of the project team to ensure successful project completion
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting and change management, ideally with some exposure to CMS platforms or cloud migrations
  • 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
  • Expertise in workforce planning and management
  • Ability to assist in the development and execution of change management plans
  • Experience in conducting training needs and stakeholder impact assessments
  • Proficiency in instructional design, training delivery, and change management methodologies
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different departments and with stakeholders
  • Advanced level of English proficiency, both in written and spoken communication
