We are hiring a Lead Business Analyst - Telecom with Salesforce to shape requirements and lead Scrum execution for an existing Fiber Application Stream. Responsibilities
- Elicit and collect stakeholder feedback to define, validate, and clarify requirements
- Keep the program scope succinct and aligned across all workstreams
- Develop and refresh documentation needed to manage the program and related projects
- Partner with engineering, QA, product managers, and other teams to guide features through build, test, and timely release
- Lead Scrum Master duties by managing schedules, identifying impediments, and communicating risks and issues to stakeholders
- Drive release schedules and milestones while maintaining pace in a high-speed environment
- Support delivery with hands-on software development and project management, ensuring strong cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or comparable practical experience
- 8+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years focused on Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical domains
- Proven track record in software development and driving end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering teams
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong command of Agile software development methodologies
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master leading development sprints
- English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher for effective communication
Nice to have
- Background in Network Engineering
- Familiarity with OSS
- Understanding of Salesforce (core clouds)
- Qualifications in Software Engineering
- Capability to solve problems in fast-paced, continuously evolving environments and collaborate cross-functionally in highly integrated teams of technical and non-technical members
- Strength in communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences with clear verbal and written skills
