We are seeking an experienced remote Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our team.
As an Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. You will lead ongoing reviews of processes, stay up-to-date on IT advancements, and effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams. Other responsibilities include project management, team leadership, and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes and anticipate requirements
- Lead ongoing reviews of processes and develop optimization strategies
- Stay up-to-date on IT advancements to improve systems
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams
- Lead project management efforts and maintain cost efficiency
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce platform
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong capabilities in Salesforce Architecture
- Ability to document and communicate results of efforts
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and guidance skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce-specific tasks
- Technical writing capabilities
- Familiarity with project management software
