- Working knowledge of crypto-specific compliance areas such as AML/KYT screening, Travel Rule, and frameworks such as MiCA
- Technical fluency with the capability to read API documentation, understand webhooks, idempotency, and asynchronous processing, and discuss system behavior with Engineering
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data mapping, process modeling, and edge-case analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English (B2+ level)
- Familiarity with documenting integrations with custody providers, on/off-ramps, or crypto payment processors (e.g., Fireblocks, BitGo, or similar)
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, exchange, or other regulated high-risk environments
