We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our remote team, playing a crucial role in leading and managing a team of Business Analysts in charge of scoping, planning, and executing various business analysis activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team follows best practices, delivering high-quality work, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback
- Plan and execute business analysis activities, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure that the team follows best practices and delivers high-quality work
- Manage stakeholder expectations and handle conflicts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the business analysis process
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Business Analysis practice within the organization
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on business need definition, quality control, quality management, and risk management
- Experience in leading and managing teams of Business Analysts in Agile and Scrum environments
- Strong experience in planning, estimating, and executing business analysis activities in the SDLC
- Excellent understanding of Business Analysis Scaled Information Management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and handle conflicts
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders and team members
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
