We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Business Analyst to join our remote team, spearheading our efforts in developing a comprehensive and unified business analysis framework across all projects at our company.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining and implementing business analysis best practices, ensuring the quality and consistency of all deliverables, and championing the adoption of industry best practices across the organization. If you have a proven track record of success in leading Business Analysis teams and have a passion for process improvement and quality control, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement business analysis best practices, processes, and standards across the organization
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all Business Analysis deliverables, including requirements documents, use cases, and process models
  • Champion the adoption of industry best practices and standards across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements
  • Lead efforts to estimate project efforts, including time, cost, and resources needed for successful project delivery
  • Plan and coordinate Business Analysis activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Develop and maintain artifacts documentation, including requirements documents, use cases, and process models
  • Manage enterprise stakeholders effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency
  • Ensure that all Business Analysis activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards and best practices
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a deep understanding of business analysis concepts and frameworks
  • 1+ years of experience as a team leader or manager, with a proven track record of success in managing and mentoring teams
  • Experience in quality control and quality management, with a focus on ensuring the quality and consistency of all deliverables
  • Expertise in Business Analysis Scaled Information Management, with a deep understanding of how to manage and integrate information across large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Knowledge of SDLC, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle phases and processes
  • Expertise in risk management, with a focus on identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong business need definition skills, with a proven ability to identify and articulate business needs and requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

  • Experience in leading Business Analysis teams remotely, managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Expertise in Business Analysis Quality Management, with a focus on measuring and improving the quality of Business Analysis deliverables
