Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Lead Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in offering top-tier analytical support for our financial services products.

The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in financial services and wealth management, coupled with a notable history in product management and business analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the onsite proxy product owner to grasp the product vision and roadmap
  • Outline the product capabilities along with its features and functions
  • Create epics, stories, and success criteria
  • Develop stories, debate business logic, and discuss expected business outcomes
  • Handle product scope and arrange the prioritization of capabilities, epics, and stories
  • Participate in sprint review demos and offer valuable feedback
  • Track feedback to ensure its incorporation in the backlog and proper prioritization
  • Aid in incident triaging
  • Act as the main point of contact for any business-related inquiries or clarifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Background in financial services
  • Expertise in product management
  • Knowledge of Agile, Requirements Analysis, and Requirements and Change management
  • Proficiency in Scrum methodologies
  • Business acumen providing insights from both business and customer perspectives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
Nice to have
  • Previous involvement in wealth management
  • Familiarity with Jira, Mural, and Scaled Agile Framework
