We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst - Anthropic Claude to lead a team of business analysts, driving requirements gathering, process mapping and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions across SME general insurance, marine/motor-boat, auto insurance and care programs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring high-quality requirements gathering and documentation for Angular and .NET microservices
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze and prioritize business and technical requirements
  • Map and optimize business processes for multiple insurance products and markets, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications for development and QA teams
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings across APAC markets to capture market-specific requirements and regulatory needs
  • Support UAT, market rollouts and post-implementation reviews, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations
  • Track and report on requirements traceability, changes and project progress
  • Ensure compliance with regional insurance regulations and data privacy standards
  • Foster continuous improvement in business analysis practices and tools
Requirements
  • 10-14 years of overall professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
  • Proven background in insurance or financial services, preferably in multi-market environments
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies and enterprise platforms
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD
  • Proficiency in requirement analysis and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, LLM and GPT
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in APAC insurance markets
