Responsibilities
- Assess and support the data needs for assigned initiatives while staying aligned with the Data Strategy and Firm Plan
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise and act as a subject matter expert
- Drive cross-functional data projects and programs that carry significant risk and complexity
- Evaluate business requirements and convert them into practical data solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and software developers to design solutions
- Build and maintain business relationships with leaders across the organization
- Recommend clear, concise solutions to business improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in business analysis delivery and requirements analysis
- Hands-on experience in stakeholder management and data analysis
- Solid background in solution architecture
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
