We are searching for an exceptionally talented Lead Backend Developer with a specialization in Go to join our dynamic engineering team.

The successful applicant will be instrumental in broadening service offerings, transitioning products from conception to market alongside multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to swiftly address their needs
- Develop and maintain a strong testing framework for unit and automation evaluations
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient services
- Work with various departments to analyze the technical repercussions of design decisions
- Engage in code reviews to uphold high coding standards and promote knowledge exchange
- Lead the creation of technical proposals and the execution of proof of concepts
- Champion engineering excellence by advocating advanced engineering standards
- Ensure operational excellence by comprehensive testing, monitoring systems, script documentation, and providing on-call support
Requirements
- Proficiency in Go with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Background in software development with cumulative experience exceeding 5 years
- Skills in utilizing gRPC
- Expertise in developing, deploying, and managing both web and microservices in the cloud (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Attention to detail coupled with a passion for code quality, best practices, continuous delivery, and automated testing
- Flexibility to utilize various programming tools as project needs dictate
- Competency to interact directly with customers independently
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Understanding of GraphQL
- Qualifications in TypeScript
- Skills in managing Redis as a data structure store
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks
- Understanding of Contentful for modern content management
