Lead Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to join our remote team.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and managing the build and release cycle for all of our customer's technologies. You will review existing solutions and provide recommendations for improvements, test and analyze code to ensure compatibility and stability and provide support during the development and deployment of new features and applications. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Azure and Terraform, as well as experience with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the build and release cycle for all of our customer's technologies
  • Review existing solutions and provide recommendations on improvements
  • Test and analyze code to ensure compatibility and stability
  • Provide support during the development and deployment of new features and applications
  • Implement and maintain the CI/CD pipeline
  • Work in partnership with the development team to identify and diagnose deployment and build issues
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Build Engineer or DevOps Engineer
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of developers, ensuring successful project outcomes
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure and Terraform, including Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jenkins, with experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong English written and verbal skills (Upper-Intermediate Level)
Nice to have
  • Experience in Azure Databricks and Helm
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance
