Join our team as a remote Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain infrastructure and automation tools for our cloud-based solutions. As a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and automation tools to support our cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with development teams to ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and scalability in a dynamic Agile development environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of features in a highly competitive industry.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and automation tools to support our cloud-based solutions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and scalability in a dynamic Agile development environment
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Create well-written documentation and procedures and create dashboards and reports to provide transparency and visibility for the results of strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in CI/CD in Azure
- Strong experience in deployment and functionality of container services (e.g.: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Service)
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, and a scripting language (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Expertise in version control using Git
- Knowledge of Terraform
- B2+ English
Nice to have
- Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with other container services like Docker Swarm or AWS ECS
