We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments, CI/CD pipeline development, infrastructure automation, and system integration. This role requires a professional who is comfortable working across development, operations, and infrastructure teams and who is eager to contribute to tooling improvements, platform upgrades, and automation initiatives in an enterprise-scale environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery
  • Develop and support AWS-based cloud solutions with a focus on automation, scalability, security, and reliability
  • Manage and enhance infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
  • Automate operational and deployment processes using Bash, Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant scripting languages
  • Support source control and build/release processes using tools such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeDeploy
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement best practices for deployment, monitoring, and system reliability
  • Participate in platform/tooling improvements, environment upgrades, and ongoing DevOps development initiatives
  • Assist in ensuring cloud environments align with AWS security best practices, including management of IAM roles, security groups, and related controls
  • Support networking-related tasks in both AWS and on-premises environments
  • Contribute to operational troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience with AWS DevOps practices and cloud-based delivery environments
  • Strong experience in CI/CD development and integration, including Git, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins
  • Proficiency in AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeDeploy, and AWS APIs and cloud tools
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
  • Solid understanding of AWS security best practices, including IAM roles and policies, security groups, and access control and secure configuration principles
  • Skills in scripting and automation, including Bash/Shell, Python, and SQL
  • Familiarity with Perl for scripting and automation tasks
  • Working knowledge of configuration/orchestration and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Rundeck
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
  • Good understanding of networking, including cloud and on-premises connectivity concepts
  • Capability to participate in tooling enhancement, platform upgrades, and broader DevOps improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Amazon CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk
  • Familiarity with ELK Stack and Sumo Logic
  • Working knowledge of additional AWS technologies, including ECS/ECR/EC2, RDS/Aurora/DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch
  • Knowledge of Lambda, SNS/SQS, and container/platform technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with ALB/ELB and hybrid infrastructure environments combining cloud and on-premises systems
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
