Lead AWS DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team remotly. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and software delivery pipelines. You will have experience with automation tools, containerization, and cloud computing platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure and software delivery pipelines
  • Automate deployment processes using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Manage cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Implement security protocols to protect data and systems
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or a related field
  • At least 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience with other cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform
  • Certification in AWS or related fields
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
