We are in search for a Lead Automation Tester - Salesforce CPQ with extensive experience to join our team.

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks, using tools specific to Salesforce environments. You will also review software requirements to translate them into detailed test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, data model, and functionality will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks, using tools specific to Salesforce environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
  • Review software requirements to translate them into detailed test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Provide accurate defect reporting and prompt communication with project stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process
  • Lead and mentor the team of engineers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Automation testing with Salesforce CPQ
  • 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and functionality
  • Experience in conducting security testing, such as penetration testing
  • Expertise in using Selenium, Provar, or similar tools for automated testing
  • Adept at reviewing software requirements to translate them into detailed test cases
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency for seamless communication with team and stakeholders
