We invite a skilled Lead Automation Tester, specializing in Generative AI, to join our remote team.

In the capacity of a Lead Automation Tester, you will be central to the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools, subsequently ensuring the quality of our products. Your role will require close collaboration with other team members to identify complex issues and debug them. Your skills in Node.js and TypeScript/ReactJS will be crucial in developing scalable and easily maintainable automated testing solutions.

Responsibilities

Creation and execution of test automation frameworks and tools
Construction and execution of automated tests for web applications using Playwright
Collaborative work with developers and other team members to identify and debug complex problems
Assurance of product quality through creation of scalable and maintainable automated testing solutions
Maintenance and enhancement of existing automated test suites and test infrastructure
Involvement in code reviews and provision of constructive feedback to improve code quality
Creation and maintenance of testing documentation and reports
Active participation in sprint planning and estimation
Provision of technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in test automation
A minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
Practical experience with Playwright
Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript/ReactJS
Expertise in Generative AI and LangChain
Familiarity with principles of full-stack development
Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills
Capability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher)

Nice to have

Strong understanding of Algorithms & Data structures
Knowledge of Python
Experience with Amazon Web Services and Docker
