Currently we are looking for a remote Lead Android Engineer. We are seeking a Lead Android Engineer to make the team even stronger.

We are looking to welcome a Lead Android Engineer to join our team. Our customer is a big data company focused on premium video. Their comprehensive suite of offerings includes one of the world’s largest premium video platforms, a media logistics solution for video production workflows, and a holistic advertising platform for direct and programmatic trading.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in development
- 1+ year of experience as a Team Leader or an Architect
- Java development experience
- Good experience in building Android applications in Java
- Knowledge of Java core, OOP principles, Android SDK, SQLite, JSON, XML, REST API
- Experience in SVN, Gradle, Android Studio
- Experience using mobile debugging/profiling tools
- Familiarity with Scrum development methodology
- Experience in Payment Services, Amazon Web Services is a plus
- Good understanding of development principles and paradigms
- Good knowledge of and practical experience in widely used frameworks and libraries
- Maintain release branches across multiple code repositories
- Excellent spoken and written English
