Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Android Developer for a Media Company
Responsibilities
- Leading Android stream delivery on EPAM side
- Daily direct communication with Pearson team (SA, Product Office, etc.)
- Active participation in process improvements to ensure high quality delivery
- Facilitating team growth (staffing and onboarding)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Android Developer
- Proven record of successful experience working with mentioned technological stack (Mobile Android – Kotlin, Jetpack compose (MVI); Coroutines for reactive, modular structure), an design SDK experience and understanding the constraints that follow
- Team Leading experience, candidates screening and interviewing skills
- Understanding of modern API-driven applications, BackEnd for FrontEnd concept
- Ability to efficiently work in dynamic environment of Project initiation phases
