We are seeking a Lead Android Developer to participate in large-scale mobile development projects.
We are looking for professionals with solid experience in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, and modern presentation architectures, capable of designing scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with best software engineering practices. Work arrangement to be defined on a project basis.
Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and sustain native Android apps developed in Kotlin
- Design cutting-edge, efficient, and declarative interface elements using Jetpack Compose
- Shape and implement solutions rooted in Clean Architecture to ensure clear separation among application layers
- Uphold SOLID principles to write code that remains scalable, reusable, and easy to maintain in the long run
- Devise and execute modularization strategies that improve app performance, scalability, and build times
- Champion and apply modern presentation patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or MVP to keep the UI layer well-structured and efficient
- Author and sustain unit tests that meet rigorous quality standards and support lasting stability
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams throughout technical exploration, estimation activities, and solution design
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related area, or an equivalent level of practical experience
- At least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in Android development
- A minimum of one year guiding and coordinating development teams
- Proven and reliable expertise in Kotlin for native Android engineering
- Advanced skills in Jetpack Compose for producing modern and declarative user interfaces
- Substantial experience applying Clean Architecture within production environments to deliver stable and maintainable software
- Strong conceptual and applied understanding of SOLID principles in real-world development
- Wide-ranging experience with Android app modularization to promote scalability, maintainability, and faster builds
- Advanced proficiency with presentation patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or MVP for structuring UI and business logic layers
- Solid, practical experience developing and sustaining unit tests to safeguard code quality and app dependability
- English skills at B2 level or higher, supported by confident written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for managing asynchronous and reactive programming tasks
- Familiarity with dependency injection libraries such as Hilt or Dagger to efficiently organize application components
- Grasp of CI/CD pipelines adapted to Android projects to accelerate build, testing, and delivery processes
- Real-world use of UI testing frameworks like Espresso or Compose UI Test to validate full user flows
- Knowledge of Google Play Store publishing procedures together with release management best practices
