We are seeking an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to lead research, prototyping, and production deployment of ML models within manufacturing edge-cloud systems. We are driving innovation in manufacturing through edge-cloud AI solutions that combine computer vision, traditional data science, Agentic AI, and digital twins.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ML models for manufacturing use cases across edge-cloud platforms
- Apply computer vision, traditional data science, Agentic AI, and digital twin technologies to solve real-world manufacturing challenges
- Prototype and validate new solutions, transitioning them to scalable production systems
- Optimize models for real-time inference and performance in manufacturing environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Lead end-to-end model lifecycle, from research and experimentation through deployment and monitoring
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of ML systems in production
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist in edge/cloud environments
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in computer vision and traditional data science techniques
- Proficiency in developing and deploying ML models on edge-cloud platforms
- Capability to optimize models for real-time inference and high-performance environments
- Competency to manage research, prototyping, and production activities end-to-end
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and approaches
- Background in digital twin technologies
- Understanding of manufacturing environments and industrial AI use cases
