We are building next-generation content intelligence applications powered by diffusion models and agentic workflows with strong evaluation rigor. As a Lead AI Engineer in Content Intelligence Applications, you will develop intelligent agents, MCPs, and robust training/evaluation/deployment harnesses using tools like Firefly while partnering across teams to ship production-ready solutions—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain content intelligence applications that apply diffusion models for automated content generation and analysis
- Build and improve harnesses and pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment using platforms like Firefly
- Develop intelligent agents and agentic workflows to automate and optimize content-focused tasks
- Architect and implement MCPs to enable scalable, modular content processing
- Create and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure model and agent performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content intelligence solutions into the broader product ecosystem
- Stay current with advances in generative AI, diffusion models, and content intelligence technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with strong Python skills and a history of building and deploying machine learning models
- Hands-on expertise with generative AI, particularly diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Models)
- Solid background in content generation and analysis approaches, including NLP and computer vision
- Practical experience with agent frameworks and building agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI Agents, custom agent architectures)
- Demonstrated ability to develop, run, and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI models
- Working knowledge of orchestration tools and harnesses for model training and deployment (e.g., Firefly, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills to support cross-team collaboration and clear documentation
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable AI deployment
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
