We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to build an enterprise Agentic AI platform that enables autonomous AI agents to support engineering and delivery workflows across the organization. The platform will expose enterprise capabilities through Model Context Protocol (MCP) services, allowing AI agents to interact with systems such as Jira/Xray, GitHub, testing platforms, documentation systems, and planning tools. In this role, you will design and build MCP services that expose enterprise engineering workflows to AI agents, enabling them to create and manage tests, generate documentation, interact with repositories, and support planning and delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop Model Context Protocol services
- Implement integrations with Jira/Xray, GitHub, CI/CD systems, and documentation platforms
- Design AI-safe APIs and tool interfaces
- Build scalable Python-based microservices
- Ensure reliability and performance of MCP services
- Participate in architecture discussions
- Lead the technical direction of the agentic platform's engineering workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Skills in Python backend development
- Experience building APIs and microservices
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Jira and GitHub
- Experience working with cloud environments
- Understanding of AI/LLM ecosystems
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Experience with developer productivity platforms
- Experience building automation for SDLC workflows
- Experience with LLM APIs
