We are seeking a talented Lead AEM Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager.

This position involves developing a headless e-commerce site and content management system while working closely with cross-functional teams. If you're ready to contribute significantly, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities
  • Implement changes in Adobe Experience Manager Digital Assets Management and Sites with a focus on load, scalability, and maintainability
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical challenges and production support during Eastern Standard Time business hours
  • Ensure availability for on-call pager duty for an additional fee
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful system integrations
  • Write and maintain high-quality code using Java and Kotlin while meeting code quality standards
  • Provide adequate coverage in unit and integration tests by coordinating with test automation efforts
  • Effectively manage deployment pipelines
  • Identify and resolve issues and production incidents by analyzing logs and monitoring tools
  • Deliver timely and accurate updates using project management systems
  • Perform code reviews to uphold best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager Digital Assets Management and Sites
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery principles
  • Background in React, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with Grafana and Jenkins
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Proficiency in English at B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
  • Competency in Kubernetes
  • Background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud
  • Understanding of additional third-party integrations
