We are looking for an experienced Lead Adobe Engineer to oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Standard.

This position focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced marketing strategies to achieve business objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and implement marketing strategies to align with organizational objectives
Oversee and launch sophisticated campaigns using Adobe Campaign Standard features such as custom resources, real-time events, workflows, content blocks, fragments, and typology rules
Ensure customer data is accurate and high-quality to improve targeting precision
Introduce automation processes to streamline campaign execution
Utilize dynamic content and personalization techniques to enhance customer engagement
Perform A/B testing to assess campaign elements and enhance performance
Deliver in-depth campaign reports, provide insights, and recommend data-driven solutions
Leverage expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST API services to enable system integrations

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with Adobe Campaign Standard
1+ years of relevant leadership experience
Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Campaign Standard, including best practices and applications in campaign management
Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, and SQL
Competency in integrating technologies through REST APIs as well as working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Background in evaluating and improving customer data strategies for more precise targeting

Nice to have

Familiarity with APIs to extend and enhance platform capabilities
Knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing or database management needs
