L3 Support Engineer for a Multinational Software Corporation

We are currently looking for a remote L3 Support Engineer with experience in L3 support, knowledge of Jenkins to join our team.
The customer is a German multinational software corporation that makes enterprise software to manage business operations and customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for the most complex field issues such as OS and storage communication issues and other associated add on's for products
- Diagnose technical field issues down to root cause such as storage loss of access and performance problems
- Work with the development teams for problem resolution such as performance, and interoperability/functionality
Requirements
- Experience in L3 support is a must
- Experience with Linux
- Knowledge of Jenkins
- SAP Experience is a plus but not required
- Big plus is OpenStack or Azure Cloud Services, Azure Kubernetes Service
- Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
