Currently we are looking for a remote Technical Support Engineer for printing company for our team.
The client is a Private limited company (Ltd.) company. It is an online photo printing company, has two offices, one in London and one in Paris, operates in 10+ countries, predominantly in Europe.
Responsibilities
- To provide a high quality technical support,
- To monitor print production software,
- To resolve upcoming incidents and working closely with our internal customers to find the best solutions to more complicated issues,
- To take part in software modernization projects and all daily scrum procedures.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree or Technical Support experience;
- Proven troubleshooting skills;
- SQL knowledge;
- Working experience with shell scripting;
- Basic programming knowledge, PHP or PERL is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working;
- B2+ English, German is a plus.
