Currently we are looking for a remote Technical Support Engineer for printing company for our team.

The client is a Private limited company (Ltd.) company. It is an online photo printing company, has two offices, one in London and one in Paris, operates in 10+ countries, predominantly in Europe.

Responsibilities
  • To provide a high quality technical support,
  • To monitor print production software,
  • To resolve upcoming incidents and working closely with our internal customers to find the best solutions to more complicated issues,
  • To take part in software modernization projects and all daily scrum procedures.
Requirements
  • Completed technical degree or Technical Support experience;
  • Proven troubleshooting skills;
  • SQL knowledge;
  • Working experience with shell scripting;
  • Basic programming knowledge, PHP or PERL is a plus;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working;
  • B2+ English, German is a plus.
