Junior Support Engineer for World’s Leading Broadband Company

Currently, we're looking for a remote Support Engineer for World’s Leading Broadband Company.

The customer is a world leader in converged broadband, video, and mobile communications services. Liberty businesses deliver next-generation products through advanced fibre and 5G networks that connect 85 million subscribers across Europe and the United Kingdom. Liberty businesses operate under some of the best-known consumer brands, including Virgin Media-O2 in the UK, VodafoneZiggo in The Netherlands, Telenet in Belgium, Sunrise UPC in Switzerland, Virgin Media in Ireland and UPC in Eastern Europe. 

Responsibilities
  • Development and operation of infrastructure, monitoring, diagnostics and elimination of weaknesses
  • Using existing and developing new environment deployment automation tools
  • Interaction with development teams, optimization of CI / CD processes based on GitLab
Requirements
  • 6+ months in an international environment as an L3 support engineer
  • Have experience in REST API services development/testing
  • Have experience in working with k8s setup
  • Have experience in AWS monitoring
  • Skilled in code review, able to determine and describe improvements in the scope of services support and monitoring
  • Work with business requirements and customer needs
  • Perform on level of understanding to support quality standards
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Be ready for challenging tasks
  • Being responsible in working by priority. Kanban methodology is used in the team
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to provide e2e production support
  • Problem-solving oriented approach
  • English level: B2
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Jira
  • Extensive experience in Kibana, Grafana and Postman
  • Experinece in React.js with redux)
