Junior Support Engineer

Currently we are looking for a remote Support Engineer for a software company for our team.

Responsibilities
  • Fix production issues
  • Troubleshoot
  • Answer advanced question from users
  • Escalate to L3 Support for the appropriate product team
  • Monitor of automated pipelines
  • Manage and grant user permissions on a variety of data sets and Cloud systems
  • Trial incidents and support requests and escalate to L3 Support for the appropriate product team
Requirements
  • 6+ months of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with support analysis, Azure (Functions, Data Lake), basic .NET/C# skills, basic Angular skills
  • Experience with Azure (Data Lake, SQL DB, Data Factory, ideally exposure to tools like Jenkins and Databricks)
  • Knowledge of Basic Python, SQL
  • Strong Analytical mindset
  • Customer Success mindset
  • Able to work in autonomy
  • Ease to communicate with end-clients
  • Attention to details, rigor, sense of ownership, communication
  • Good English level
