Currently we are looking for a remote Support Engineer for a software company for our team.
Responsibilities
- Fix production issues
- Troubleshoot
- Answer advanced question from users
- Escalate to L3 Support for the appropriate product team
- Monitor of automated pipelines
- Manage and grant user permissions on a variety of data sets and Cloud systems
- Trial incidents and support requests and escalate to L3 Support for the appropriate product team
Requirements
- 6+ months of software engineering experience.
- Experience with support analysis, Azure (Functions, Data Lake), basic .NET/C# skills, basic Angular skills
- Experience with Azure (Data Lake, SQL DB, Data Factory, ideally exposure to tools like Jenkins and Databricks)
- Knowledge of Basic Python, SQL
- Strong Analytical mindset
- Customer Success mindset
- Able to work in autonomy
- Ease to communicate with end-clients
- Attention to details, rigor, sense of ownership, communication
- Good English level
