Responsibilities
- Support clients in utilizing SAP CRM effectively
- Assist in troubleshooting SAP CRM-related issues
- Collaborate with distributed teams to resolve support inquiries
- Engage in long-term study of complex project knowledge
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation
- Provide feedback for system improvements
- Document support processes and client interactions
Requirements
- Over 6 months of experience in SAP
- Background in customer support or previous roles as a support agent
- Experience in services business processes
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
- Residence in Ukraine (remote work is eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience as an SAP user
