We're currently searching for a remote Junior Recruiting Operations Specialist with reliable English fluency and a true eagerness to learn the basics of IT recruiting before fully assuming the position. Experience in technology isn't a must, given that we provide comprehensive, practical training designed with this exact role in mind. Responsibilities
- Go through candidate profiles and hold interviews with applicants coming from different regions worldwide
- Contribute to strengthening EPAM's reputation as an employer while helping identify top-tier candidates
- Take care of common administrative tasks associated with internal tools, systems, and record-keeping
- Partner effectively with a wide array of colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
- Reliable English skills, at least B2 level
- A minimum of one year in a professional setting, whether in administration, sales, or research capacities
- Comfortable operating within MS Office software
- Clear communication skills combined with an ability to connect naturally with people
- Sharp analytical capabilities geared toward sound decision-making
- Willingness to stay flexible and adapt when situations change
- Solid track record of managing multiple responsibilities while consistently hitting deadlines
- Ability to quickly grasp and implement new information
