Responsibilities
- Examine candidate submissions and run interview conversations with applicants representing different global regions
- Assist in elevating EPAM's brand presence while contributing to the search for outstanding talent
- Take charge of standard administrative work tied to internal systems, tools, and documentation
- Engage cooperatively with a broad mix of team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Capable English skills, reaching at least a B2 level
- A year or more of work background in any sector, covering administrative, sales, or research-based roles
- Comfortable navigating MS Office applications
- Strong communicator who builds positive connections with others easily
- Sound judgment and analytical ability when making decisions
- Flexible mindset with readiness to adjust as business conditions change
- Demonstrated skill in handling multiple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines
- Quick to absorb and apply unfamiliar concepts
