Responsibilities
- Filter through candidate profiles and conduct interviews with applicants situated across various global regions
- Contribute to enhancing EPAM's employer brand while assisting in spotting strong candidate matches
- Manage routine administrative work involving internal platforms, tools, and paperwork
- Cooperate efficiently with a diverse set of colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
- Solid English fluency, with B2 serving as the minimum requirement
- One year or more of professional experience, whether in administrative, sales, or research-focused roles
- Familiarity with using MS Office applications
- Solid communication skills combined with an innate ability to build connections with people
- Strong analytical mindset used to arrive at well-considered decisions
- Adaptability and comfort with change as situations evolve
- Demonstrated skill in managing multiple priorities while reliably meeting deadlines
- Ability to quickly absorb new information and apply it effectively
