We're in search of a remote Junior Recruiting Operations Specialist who brings dependable English fluency and a genuine drive to absorb the core principles of IT recruiting prior to taking on the role completely. A technology-related background isn't needed, since we offer detailed, hands-on training created specifically for this position. Responsibilities
- Look over candidate profiles and conduct interview discussions with applicants from various parts of the world
- Help raise EPAM's profile as an employer while playing a role in sourcing exceptional candidates
- Manage typical administrative responsibilities connected to internal systems, tools, and records
- Work collaboratively alongside a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
- Solid English communication ability, at minimum a B2 level
- At least one year of professional experience in any capacity, including administrative, sales, or research-driven work
- Ease of use with MS Office programs
- Effective communication skills paired with a natural ability to build rapport
- Strong analytical thinking applied toward reaching well-reasoned decisions
- Adaptable approach and willingness to pivot as circumstances evolve
- Proven capability to juggle competing priorities while meeting deadlines reliably
- Fast at picking up and applying new information
