Junior Process Engineer/ Business analyst

Currently, we are looking for a remote Process Engineer/ Business analyst with basic understanding of developers’ skillsets and difference among them and 6+ months of working into recruitment/sourcing/people analytics/data analytics to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Processing specific talents from different sources ( Linkedin, etc.)
  • Building and maintenance of company’s talent pool
  • Taking care of hiring and onboarding process
  • Communication with stakeholders with status updates on search progress
  • Writing procedures and instructions for different teams
Requirements
  • 6+ months of working into recruitment/sourcing/people analytics/data analytics
  • English B2+
  • Basic understanding of developers’ skillsets and difference among them
  • Basic understanding of sourcing concepts&tools
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to find, transform and analyze raw data without explicit guidance and direct supervision)
  • To be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment
