Currently, we are looking for a remote Process Engineer/ Business analyst with basic understanding of developers’ skillsets and difference among them and 6+ months of working into recruitment/sourcing/people analytics/data analytics to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Processing specific talents from different sources ( Linkedin, etc.)
- Building and maintenance of company’s talent pool
- Taking care of hiring and onboarding process
- Communication with stakeholders with status updates on search progress
- Writing procedures and instructions for different teams
Requirements
- 6+ months of working into recruitment/sourcing/people analytics/data analytics
- English B2+
- Basic understanding of developers’ skillsets and difference among them
- Basic understanding of sourcing concepts&tools
- Analytical mindset
- Strong analytical skills (ability to find, transform and analyze raw data without explicit guidance and direct supervision)
- To be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment
