We are actively seeking a remote Operational Specialist with outstanding English language proficiency. Prior experience in the IT industry is not required. This is an entry-level role that provides training in the analysis and validation of technical profiles, coupled with the unique opportunity to work in an international team setting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze profiles of IT specialists across a range of markets
- Assist in enhancing the EPAM brand and attracting top-notch professionals to the organization
- Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation effectively
Requirements
- Strong command over English (B2+ level)
- At least 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any related field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrative analytical thinking and decision-making skills based on past cases
- Proactive and adaptable to changes in a business environment
- Quick learner
- Efficient in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple assignments, and meeting deadlines
