Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are on the lookout for a remote Associate Operational Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English proficiency and may not necessarily have prior IT industry experience. This is an entry-level role, which includes training in technical profile analysis and validation, plus the opportunity to be a part of an international team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of IT specialists' profiles across various markets
- Contribute to promoting and developing the EPAM brand, attracting top talent to the company
- Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Requirements
- Strong command of English (B2+ level)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions based on prior cases
- Efficient in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple assignments, and reaching deadlines
- Ability to readily adapt to changes in the business environment
- Quick and eager learner
