Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are on the lookout for a remote Associate Operational Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English proficiency and may not necessarily have prior IT industry experience. This is an entry-level role, which includes training in technical profile analysis and validation, plus the opportunity to be a part of an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of IT specialists' profiles across various markets
  • Contribute to promoting and developing the EPAM brand, attracting top talent to the company
  • Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Requirements
  • Strong command of English (B2+ level)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions based on prior cases
  • Efficient in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple assignments, and reaching deadlines
  • Ability to readily adapt to changes in the business environment
  • Quick and eager learner
