We are presently on a search for a remote Associate Operational Specialist possessing outstanding English skills, with no former IT experience required.

As an entry-level role, it provides training in technical profile examination and validation alongside the ability to work with a diverse team on an international scale.

Responsibilities
  • Profile analysis of IT specialists from diverse markets
  • Involvement in enhancing the EPAM brand and capturing high-caliber talent for the company
  • Utilization of internal company tools, systems, and documentation
  • Teamwork with various departments
Requirements
  • High-level English language proficiency (B2+)
  • Minimum half-year experience in administrative work, sales, IT research or in any different fields
  • Expertise in MS Office
  • Superior communication and people’s skills
  • Analytical mindset and the knack for making decisions grounded on previous cases
  • An active and adaptable approach to business alterations
  • Skillful task prioritization, multi-tasking, and deadline management
  • Quick learning ability
