We are actively in search of a remote Operational Specialist with exceptional English communication skills. Prior IT industry experience is not a requirement for this role. This position offers an entry-level opportunity while providing hands-on training in technical profile analysis and validation. Additionally, this role offers a great chance to be part of an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of IT specialist profiles from diverse markets
  • Assist in promoting the EPAM brand and attracting top-tier talent to the company
  • Utilize the company's internal tools, systems, and documentation
Requirements
  • Strong English language proficiency (B2+ level)
  • At least six months of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or a similar field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of analytical thinking and decision-making based on past cases
  • Proactive and adaptable to changes in a business environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Fast learner
