We are actively seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist, ideally with exceptional proficiency in English and potentially no previous exposure to the IT industry. Offered as an entry-level role, the position entails training in technical profile analysis, profile validation, and the opportunity to collaborate with a global team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out in-depth analysis of IT specialists’ profiles across different markets
- Aid in developing and promoting the EPAM brand by attracting high-skilled talents
- Operate with internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Requirements
- Strong command of English (B2+ level)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker capable of making decisions based on past cases
- Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- A quick learner
