We are currently seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English proficiency and may not necessarily have prior experience in the IT industry. This entry-level position will provide training in the analysis and validation of technical profiles along with the opportunity to work with an international team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze profiles of IT experts from various markets
- Assist in enhancing the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the organization
- Use internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language (B2+)
- Minimum 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker capable of making informed decisions based on historical cases
- Proactive and easily adaptable to business changes and quick learner
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
