We are currently in the process of recruiting a remote Associate Operational Specialist possessing exceptional English language skills, with no prerequisite for prior IT experience.
This initial-level role provides technical profiles analysis and validation training, along with the unique opportunity to be part of a global team.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of IT specialists' profiles across various markets
- Contribution to the construction of the EPAM brand while attracting top-notch talent
- Utilization of internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Сollaboration with different departments
Requirements
- Possession of strong English language skills (B2+)
- Minimum of six months experience in fields such as administrative work, sales, IT research, or other relevant areas
- Proficiency in the utilization of MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity for analytical thinking and making decisions on the basis of prior incidents
- Driven and adaptable in the face of business changes
- Capability to arrange tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet set deadlines
- Quality of being a quick learner
