We are currently seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist with exceptional English skills and no previous experience in IT.
This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze profiles of IT specialists from diverse markets
- Assist in establishing the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the company
- Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaborate with various departments
Requirements
- Strong English skills (B2+ level)
- Minimum 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on past cases
- Proactive and adaptable to changes within the business
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
- Quick learner
