Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist with exceptional English skills and no previous experience in IT.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze profiles of IT specialists from diverse markets
  • Assist in establishing the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the company
  • Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation
  • Collaborate with various departments
Requirements
  • Strong English skills (B2+ level)
  • Minimum 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on past cases
  • Proactive and adaptable to changes within the business
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Quick learner
