We are currently seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist with exceptional English skills and no previous experience in IT.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

Analyze profiles of IT specialists from diverse markets
Assist in establishing the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the company
Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Collaborate with various departments

Requirements

Strong English skills (B2+ level)
Minimum 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any related field
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on past cases
Proactive and adaptable to changes within the business
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
