We are currently seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist possessing superior English language abilities, though no prior IT experience.
This entry-level role will provide training in technical profile analysis and validation, and the opportunity to cooperate with our international team.
Responsibilities
- Investigation of IT specialist profiles across various markets
- Involvement in the enhancement of the EPAM brand and the recruitment of elite talent
- Usage of internal company tools, documentation, and systems
- Interaction with various departments
Requirements
- Fluency in English language (B2 or greater)
- Possession of minimum 0.5 years of experience in administrative duties, IT research, sales, or any similar field
- Proficiency in the usage of MS Office
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Capability for analytical thinking and decision-making based on previous cases
- A proactive, adaptive approach to changes in the business
- Competence in task prioritization, management of multiple assignments, and meeting of deadlines
