Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently looking for a remote Associate Operational Specialist with excellent English skills and no prior IT experience.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing profiles of IT specialists from various markets
  • Assisting in building the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the company
  • Working with internal company tools, systems, and documentation
  • Collaborating with different teams and departments
Requirements
  • Strong English skills (B2+)
  • At least 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on past cases
  • Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Fast learner
