We are currently looking for a remote Associate Operational Specialist with excellent English skills and no prior IT experience.
This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing profiles of IT specialists from various markets
- Assisting in building the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the company
- Working with internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaborating with different teams and departments
Requirements
- Strong English skills (B2+)
- At least 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on past cases
- Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
- Fast learner
