Responsibilities
- The analysis of various IT specialist profiles from different markets
- Help in building the EPAM brand and attracting premiere talent
- Utilization of internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Teamwork with multiple departments
Requirements
- Significant English skills (B2+)
- A minimum of 0.5 years' experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or related field
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical thinking power and decision-making ability from past case experiences
- A proactive nature with adaptability to business changes
- Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
