Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently in search of a remote Junior Operational Specialist with a strong command over the English language. Prior experience in the IT industry is not required for this remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze profiles of IT experts from different global markets
  • Contribute to promoting the EPAM brand and assisting in attracting top-notch talent to the organization
  • Work efficiently with internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Requirements
  • Strong English language capabilities (B2+ level)
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think analytically and make informed decisions based on historical cases
  • Proactive and adaptable, capable of responding to changes in the business
  • The ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Fast learner
