Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently in search of a remote Junior Operational Specialist with a strong command over the English language. Prior experience in the IT industry is not required for this remote position.
Responsibilities
- Analyze profiles of IT experts from different global markets
- Contribute to promoting the EPAM brand and assisting in attracting top-notch talent to the organization
- Work efficiently with internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Requirements
- Strong English language capabilities (B2+ level)
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to think analytically and make informed decisions based on historical cases
- Proactive and adaptable, capable of responding to changes in the business
- The ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Fast learner
