Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently in search of a remote Junior Operational Specialist with a strong command over the English language. Prior experience in the IT industry is not required for this remote position.

Responsibilities

Analyze profiles of IT experts from different global markets
Contribute to promoting the EPAM brand and assisting in attracting top-notch talent to the organization
Work efficiently with internal company tools, systems, and documentation

Requirements

Strong English language capabilities (B2+ level)
Minimum of 6 months' experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other relevant field
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to think analytically and make informed decisions based on historical cases
Proactive and adaptable, capable of responding to changes in the business
The ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
