We are actively seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist who possesses exceptional English proficiency and has not previously worked in the IT industry.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities

Analyzing profiles of IT experts from diverse markets
Assisting in developing the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the organization
Utilizing internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Collaborating with various teams and departments

Requirements

Strong command of the English language (B2+)
A minimum of 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other relevant field
Proficient in MS Office
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions based on prior cases
Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
