We are actively seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist who possesses exceptional English proficiency and has not previously worked in the IT industry.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing profiles of IT experts from diverse markets
  • Assisting in developing the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the organization
  • Utilizing internal company tools, systems, and documentation
  • Collaborating with various teams and departments
Requirements
  • Strong command of the English language (B2+)
  • A minimum of 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions based on prior cases
  • Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Quick learner
