We are actively seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist who possesses exceptional English proficiency and has not previously worked in the IT industry.
This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing profiles of IT experts from diverse markets
- Assisting in developing the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the organization
- Utilizing internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaborating with various teams and departments
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language (B2+)
- A minimum of 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other relevant field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions based on prior cases
- Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
